How does the service work?
Schedule your pickup online, place your laundry in a bag, and we'll collect it during your selected pickup window. Your laundry will be professionally washed, dried, folded, and delivered back to you within 24 hours.
How much does the service cost?
Our standard Wash & Fold service is $35 per bag. Free pickup, washing, drying, folding, and delivery are included. Bedding and oversized items are priced separately.
When will I get my laundry back?
Most orders are returned within 24 hours. We'll notify you when your laundry is on its way back.
Will my laundry be washed with someone else's?
No. Every customer's laundry is washed, dried, and folded separately. We never mix your laundry with another customer's order.
Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. Simply leave your laundry in the agreed pickup location before your selected pickup window. We'll return it to the agreed delivery location unless other arrangements have been made.
What items can I include?
You may include everyday clothing, towels, and standard household linens. Bedding and oversized items may have additional charges. We do not offer dry cleaning.
What should I put my laundry in for my first pickup?
No special bag is needed for your first order. Simply place your laundry in a standard 13-gallon kitchen bag and have it ready for pickup. Your clean, folded laundry will be returned in a reusable River Walk Wash & Fold bag to use for your next order.
